Our history demonstrates that we have continued to be a resource for nonprofit groups of all types and sizes.  We have many loyal groups that have visited us for years. This enabled us to understand the goals and needs of any particular group.

Across all groups we focus on:

  • The size of the group
    • No group is too small to enjoy ULTRAZONE
    • Our party area can accommodate groups up to 200
  • Day and time that is required.
    • Perhaps we are part of a full day or evening series of events
    • If there is lots of flexibility we are often able to create a more cost effective package
  • Working within a budget
    • We know that this is one of the first items we must consider when working with a non-profit group.
    • Quoting a “standard” price might be fine, but for other events we will get creative
  • Focus of the event
    • We always ask you to tell us about the event so we understand what you want to accomplish during you visit
    • What is the make-up of the group- ages, prior visits to ULTRAZONE, possible special needs players
    • We will make suggestions about teams and game play
  • Private Game Play
    • We will discuss if you want to consider playing with other guests in your game
    • We will describe private game play options and hourly full facility rental where we are closed to the public.
  • Contact ULTRAZONE
So now all you have to do is contact us and request additional information.

Also, as you might imagine we’re extraordinarily helpful on the phone so we really encourage you call us at 619/221-0100 and ask for an Group Event Manager.

Youth Groups

Our focus on youth activities is legendary.  We have many loyal youth groups from churches, synagogues, schools, clubs, and sports teams that have been vising us for years.  That enables us to help you plan a successful group event.  Sometimes it is a simple Friday night social event.  On other occasions it might be an end of season celebration with an awards ceremony.  Many times groups want us to provide pizza and drinks.  Larger groups make use of our party area where groups can relax between games.  We can offer private games or hourly rentals. After hours “lock-ins” are popular as well.

We are very aware that youth events are very cost sensitive so we will make suggestions to work within you budget.  We ask you to tell us about any youth with special financial circumstances, so that can make special cost adjustments to include them.  Youth leaders play as our guests which also helps defray costs.

Contact us We are notoriously engaging on the phone, so we encourage you to phone us 619/221-0100 and as for a manager.
